Leadership Development

I am an internationally recognised expert in the role of Adult Development in enhancing the capacity of school leaders. This, as well as my background as a psychologist, helps me to facilitate wide range of unique solutions to any organisation.

  • Design and delivery of leadership development programmes for executive, middle and emergent leaders.

  • Review, evaluate and re-develop leadership development strategy.

  • Review, evaluate re-develop talent management, identification and recruitment.

Coaching and Mentoring

As an experienced coach, teacher and trainer, I can offer bespoke group or one-to-one provision from executive to new starters.  I currently keep a list of pro-bono clients of whom serve schools in disadvantaged communities.

Staff Development and Learning Design

I am an experienced teacher and facilitator across many disciplines. I have written long-term courses and day courses at Masters level through to practical, hands-on workshops.

Widening Participation

I have been working with widening participation for over 10 years, initially as a Widening Participation worker whilst at University. I went on to train with Teach First and spent 4 years working in schools that serve disadvantaged communities.

Widening participation is at the beating heart of higher education and any socially responsible organisation. I can work with your organisation to:

  • Evaluate your organisations approach to widening access.

  • Develop and deliver projects that will support your goals of widening access.

  • Provide training and workshops to increase awareness of widening access within your setting.

Research and Evaluation

I have undergone research training at some of the World’s most recognised institutions for social science research. Coupled with a career that has embedded research in real-world settings, I can provide a end-to-end research and evaluation that is as rigorous as it is practical.

  • Evaluation of learning and development programmes from inception to dissemination.
